生于中国山东一个祖辈精通军事的世袭贵族家庭。中国春秋时期著名军事家。率领吴国军队大破楚国军队。著《孙子兵法》，成为兵家之祖。为后世兵法家所推崇，成为国际间最著名的兵学典范之书。

Sun Wu (544-470 BC) was born in Shandong, China into an aristocratic family which was known for producing militarists. As a famous strategist in the Spring and Autumn period, he led the Wu army in conquering the State of Chu. He was honored as the progenitor of Chinese military strategy for his work The Art of War, which was highly esteemed by later strategists and now has become a military bible of world renown
